In my current role, I manage all marketing and brand assets for the company and its subsidiaries. My responsibilities include management of the creative team and associated workload, updating/maintaining brand standards, marketing and sales collateral, advertisements, guidance of website design, working with outside vendors (printing, videography, photography, website), designing anniversary logos, and ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all channels.
I also manage proposal and interview efforts for project pursuits, including the development of winning strategies, preparation of proposals and presentations, quality review, mentoring the proposal/marketing team, and coaching interview teams. This includes a significant amount of time management, organization, research, collaboration, creative writing, layout design, and development.

(2019) Graphic Design Manager: Led the proposal/marketing team through day-to-day operations including client research, scheduling, project work plans, creative strategy meetings, directing major design themes, content writing, completing compliance reviews, coordinating edits, print production, and ensuring the team met all internal deadlines.

(2015) Graphic Design Specialist: Worked with creative and sales teams to provide unique, custom aesthetic to all materials, aiding in strategic graphics and presentations of content for marketing materials, proposals, and interviews. Led execution of graphic design for a wide variety of materials using my creativity to execute strategic themes, facilitate graphics, and assist in editing and production of all content.

I own and operate Barber Shop Graphics as a freelance designer. I work with clientele across multiple states including Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. I specialize in helping small business owners shape their identity from the ground up, establishing a steady foundation for their branding that will stand the test of time. I provide a variety of services including identity and branding, apparel graphics, business cards, brochures, signage, iconography, and marketing materials.

College Access Television (CATV)
This position was a work study program offered through the college I attended. I worked with the college affiliate television station, College Access Television (CATV). As Graphic Designer, I created slide shows of advertisements and current events announcements for the college campus. Following a few months of design work, I was recruited to also assist with television productions and class filming. This opportunity led to additional responsibilities such as adding broadcast graphics to a weekly sports news show.
